Registration :
Registration is mandatory, but there is no registration fees.
Lunches on 25th -26th and the gala dinner (25th evening) will be covered by the organization.
Participants are responsbible for their travel and hotel booking, that are not covered by the organization.
However we can suggest you the following hotels, close to the city center and close to the tram B towards the IOGS where the workshop will take place :

Access to IOGS by public transport :
The Institut d’Optique Graduate School is located in the “Institut d’Optique d’Aquitaine” building on tram line B, between the “Arts et Métiers” and “François Bordes” stations.
- From Saint Jean station, take Tram line C or D, direction Parc des Expositions or Gare de Blanquefort or Eysines, get off at the "Porte de Bourgogne" station, take Tram line A, direction "Aéroport" or "Le Haillan Rostand", get off at the "Hôtel de Ville" station and take Tram line B, direction "Pessac Centre" or "Pessac Alouette" get off at the "Arts et Métiers" station.
- From the city center: tram line B in the direction of “Pessac Centre” or “Pessac Alouette” get off at the “Arts et Métiers” station.
- From Bordeaux-Mérignac airport: Tram line A, get off at the “Hôtel de Ville” station, then tram line B direction “Pessac Centre” or “Pessac Alouette” get off at the “Arts et Métiers” station.
